An internship with Socialwalk could be an adventure of a lifetime!

You will be assigned a mentor for different roles, and you will be reporting directly to your mentor. Your mentor will set goals for you and monitor your progress as you level up. Here’s a list of things expected from you:

60% of your Time

• The scope of work really depends on which division you apply to:- Operations (Software Setup/Testing, Market Research, Customer Support, Sales Team Support)- Development (Coding the great Socialwalk software)
• A little bit of proposal writing, writing technical plans if you’re an engineering major, writing marketing plans if you’re business.
• Getting involved with the planning and operations of our client’s conferences & exhibitions.
• Socialwalk systems testing and implementation of software for clients.

20% of your Time

• Management report with mentor.
• Documentation of your journey in Socialwalk in our blog.

20% of your Time

• Teh Tarik sessions to randomly come up with ideas related to Socialwalk… or not.

Where will I be working?

SG: 261 Waterloo Street

MSIA: MSC Malaysia Incubator inside MMU Cyberjaya.

Office hours?
We are really much more task oriented than time. Your assigned mentor will set goals for you, and you’re free to go as soon as you’re done (provided of course, you get it done).

If you’re in Malaysia, you are expected to be in the office between 10AM to 4PM.

Expected pay?
SGD 400 or RM800 per month for interns – on the condition that you are a final year student and you will be ready to accept a permanent job offer post internship
