Responsibilities:

Take charge of overall project management and success of assigned events

Plan and execute online projects, i.e. creation of business matching page, update exhibitors’ & visitors’ profiles

Plan and execute on site projects, i.e. provide training to your team, liaise with suppliers to prepare logistics, ensure financial success, ensure KPIs are met.

Other duties as required

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in events industry or/and 1 year of experience as a project manager

Great communication, research, project-management and relationship-building skills

Very results oriented
