REGISTER, CONNECT, MEET

Here are 7 steps to automate business matching and connect your exhibitors and buyers:

Step 1: “Register Now” tab and “Business Matching” tab will be integrated into your event website. An administrator account will be created for event organizer.

Step 2: When user clicks on the tab (as shown above), he/she will be prompted to fill in the registration form.

Exhibitors and pre-registered visitors can skip registration if their information has been provided to us by event organizer.

User can share product info and business info (i.e. upload product link) in this profile.

Step 3: Our intelligent algorithms provide each user a list of recommendation (people that they should meet). The matches are sent via email. User can then choose to connect digitally and even arrange for a face-to-face meeting.

Click on “Schedule Meeting”. Select date, time, venue and message the person you want to meet. Click “Submit”.




Meeting request will be sent to requestee via SMS and email.
Requestee can confirm/reject meeting.
Requestor will receive an email when meeting is confirmed.
1 hour before meeting, both parties will receive a SMS reminder.

Step 4: User can manually browse the profiles of other users and even search the database for any relevant keywords. User can ask questions and post messages on the public event wall. Our technology makes your event more social.

Step 5: During event, walk-in visitors learn about our on-site business matching service.

-An area is provided for Socialwalk to set up business matching lounge

-Location of business matching lounge is inserted in the visitors’ guide

-Business matching flyers are distributed at the reg counter

-Business matching standing banners are placed at strategic locations

Visitors also can spot our Business Matchmakers – wearing a badge like the one below! We will be stationed at different areas of the exhibition hall to help exhibitors and visitors match up.

Step 6: Our business matchmakers gather buyers’ requests. Using our automated business matching platform, we identify relevant exhibitors. Both buyers and exhibitors receive contact details of their matches.

Step 7: Feedback form will be collected after each meeting to track what happened during meeting (i.e. nature of discussion, dollar value of project, time frame of project…). Trade report will be generated 1 week after event.
